Money Magazine ranks Carmel No. 3 place to live in America

Money Magazine has come out with its annual ranking of best places to live. The magazine uses all kinds of analytics to rank cities. It starts with cities with a population of at least 50,000. It then looks at economic health, cost of living, diversity, public education, income, crime, ease of living, and amenities.
