Art Gallery in City Hall

Shari Knox, president of the Fishers Arts Council talks about the current and upcoming exhibit for the Art Gallery in City Hall. Each month the Fishers Arts Council hosts a special exhibit showcasing artwork of local and regional artists. The exhibit is always free.

Through Nov. 28, see "Dia de los Muertos - Family Means Everything,” created by Indianapolis artist SunRai. The art includes paintings and photography inspired by her visit to Tepoztlan, Mexico, where she saw the Day of the Dead Celebrations. Much of the artwork includes people and friends she met during her trip.

On Dec. 1, meet some of the artists who will be part of Winter Wonderland from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This special reception coincides with the City of Fishers’ kick off to the holidays, which includes the lighting ceremony at 6 p.m. and music by Fishers Music Works. The exhibit will continue throughout the month of December and is open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. weekdays.
