Fall Festivals 2017

Just because summer is coming to a close doesn’t mean there aren’t still plenty of outdoor activities. Check out this festivals to help celebrate fall. Zionsville Lions Club Fall Festival , Lions Club Park September 8-10 The Lions Club Parade kicks off the festival on Saturday on Main Street at 10 a.m. This year’s theme is “Yo! Ho! Ho! And a Park Full of Fun!”

CANvitational, Georgia Street, Indianapolis September 9 Set to showcase 50+ craft breweries, the 5th Annual CANvitational will have beer samples, local food trucks and live music.

Penrod Arts Fair, Indianapolis Museum of Art September 9, 9 a.m.—5 p.m. This year’s fair features over 300 artists, six stages of entertainment and 75 arts-related non-profit organizations, complete with a children’s area and a craft beer garden.

Indy Irish Fest, Military Park at the White River State Park September 14-17 Live entertainment, Irish dancing, sheep herding, food and more.

Fishers Oktoberfest, Saxony September 22-23 Featuring German food, polka music, kid’s games and a beer garden. Free admission with a canned food item.

Noblesville Brewfest, Forest Park September 23 Prizes, a live band and a silent auction accompany this day of beer sampling. No children allowed, all entrants must be 21 year old.

Carmel International Arts Fest, Carmel City Square September 23-24 The 20th anniversary of the Carmel Arts Fest invites you to a street party and music celebration that is fun for the whole family. The festival begins at 10 a.m. both Saturday and Sunday.

Indiana Renaissance Faire, Klipsch Music Center, Noblesville October 7-8 Enjoy watching jousting, period and pirate music, comedy, juggling, acrobats, sword play and more.

GermanFest, The Athenaeum, Indianapolis October 14 Visit over 100 vendors, play games, watch a Wiener Dog race or relax with a German beer and food. The fun goes all day long.
