One of his favorite pieces to turn is those pesky Bradford Pears, they may not be able to withstand a storm, but they make great ice cream scoops. Located off 106th Street between Westfield and College, Home Place Gardens has 10 homes offering rents from $350 for a one-bedroom duplex to $950 for a three-bedroom home.
